Krystallin Loudermilk is a designer and mixed media artist and ceramacist rooted in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Drawn to the textures and forms of the natural world, she collects and weaves organic materials into wearable works that feel like they were conjured as much as crafted.

Primarily self-taught, with a strong foundation in pottery and ceramics, Krystallin's creative life has always been guided by instinct and wonder. It was her deep love of fantasy and the performance arts that brought Loyal Blush to life in 2016 as a creative home for work. Her paintings and ceramic pieces carry the same spirit: natural forms and emotional landscapes rendered in a style that lives somewhere between the abstract and the achingly real, exploring femininity, darkness, and the full complexity of feeling.

When she isn't in the studio, Krystallin is a mother of four and tender of a small, beloved menagerie of animals and plants.
